FlexiCrew is our fully accredited RYA Training Centre. We focus solely on providing a fully supported, fun and integrated training solution to ensure that you train at your own pace.
We believe that as a FlexiCharter member you should have access to the best possible one-to-one RYA training. Training is the key to your overall enjoyment and fundamental to achieving competency and confidence both for you and those around you.
Ours is a nurturing, hand-holding process for those that appreciate it, whilst those more experienced and well-qualified skippers have access to a whole tier of higher level bespoke and RYA training. The one factor that you quickly learn is that you never stop meeting different situations and there is always something to learn!
The value of personal high quality RYA training is invaluable. You will learn from our instructors, who are all Yachtmaster Instructors at the top of their profession. They are able to relate to you, identify where they can best help you, and then deliver it. When this is delivered on your own FlexiSail boat the benefits are magnified further still. You will learn faster and gain a higher skill level than following any other route. We want you to have at your disposal a toolbox of skills that you can pick from and apply in any situation that you might encounter.
Provides the skills and background knowledge needed to take our power boats out yourself.
This course gives you the chance to take charge on short passages under instruction. You will concentrate on pilotage, boat handling seamanship and navigation.
Covers boat handling, seamanship, pilotage and navigation by day and night.
Do you want to charter one of the boats but would like the comfort of an instructor with you? You can now book any of the boats and for an additional £200 per day have a fully qualified instructor with you.

All our members must hold RYA Powerboat Level 2 for the motor boats, and Day Skipper for the sailing yachts.
We also require a VHF licence and full driving licence.
